  • On the homepage, select “Form” and then click on “PAHAL Joining Form”.

  • Take two print out of your form and fill all the details correctly in Part A and Part C as you dont have Aadhaar Card.
  • Submit one copy of the form to your LPG distributor and submit another copy of the form to your bank with all the required documents.

Delhi Tirth Yatra Yojana 2021

The Delhi Government has launched Delhi Tirth Yatra Yojana 2021 to provide pilgrimage sites traveling to all those people who are unable to go on their own finance. There is no offline registration mode for Mukhyamantri Tirth Yatra Yojana Delhi, you can only apply online to the Delhi e-district web portal. The government will also provide free food, traveling, and accommodation expenses to travelers.

Mukhyamantri Tirth Yatra scheme was launched in January 2018 but due to Covid19 Pandemic, this scheme was stalled for the last one and a half years. Now, the Delhi government decide to again start this yojana from 15th November 2021. This scheme will be sponsored by The Revenue Department of Delhi. Aside from that, the Delhi Tourism and Transport Development Corporation will make arrangements for pilgrims’ transit and lodging.

Recent Update about Tirth Yatra Yojana Delhi

The Delhi Government organizes pilgrimages to the city’s elders through the Mukhyamantri Tirth Yatra Yojana. The Delhi government is responsible for the entire expenses. Many pilgrimage places including Haridwar, Dwarkapuri, Maharaj Rameshwaram, Shirdi, Vaishno Devi, and Ajmer, host this yatra. The Delhi administration has now decided to include Ram Janmabhoomi Ayodhya in this scheme as well. Arvind Kejriwal, the Delhi Chief Minister, announced this on October 27, 2021.

Due to Coronavirus infection, this plan is now on hold, but plans are in the work to relaunch it in the third week of November 2021. The last train for pilgrimage was flagged off on the 2nd of January 2020. On July 12, 2019, the first train to Amritsar departed from Safdarjung Railway Station. From July 12 to January 20, 2020, there is a total of 36 trains were dispatched to various locations under this scheme. More than 35000 Delhi residents have participated in the pilgrimage using this route.

Delhi Free Tirth Yatra Yojana March Update

The Delhi Government announced some details about Delhi Free Tirth Yatra Yojana on 14th March 2021. According to the announcement, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal decided to add 69,000 Crore Rupees to the Scheme budget. All citizens above the age of 70 are allowed to travel an attendant with them under the Mukhyamantri Teerth Yatra Yojana. Along with the pilgrims, a team of doctors and paramedical staff will also be sent.

Every year, 1000 pilgrims would be taken from each assembly constituency under the Mukhyamantri Teerth Yatra Yojana. Accidental insurance coverage of up to $100,000 will be granted to all identified pilgrims. Now, the citizens of Delhi will get an opportunity to undertake the pilgrimage to Ayodhya.

Mukhyamantri Tirth Darshan Yojana Registration 2021 Eligibility Criteria

Here are the eligibility criteria stated by the chief minister of Madhya Pradesh for MP Mukhyamantri Teerth Darshan.

  • The applicant must be a permanent resident of Delhi State.
  • The person who has more than 60% disability, can apply for this scheme without any restriction of age.
  • The applicant (except disable person) must be 60 years old or above. For female applicants the minimum age can be 58 years old. An assistant of 18 years of age or above can accompany every senior citizen on the pilgrimage.
  • The scheme is not applicable for any governemnt employee.
  • A senior citizen can take advantage of the pilgrimage scheme only once in his life.
  • The scheme is open to applicants who want to travel in groups.
  • The annual income of an elderly citizen should be lessthan Rs 3 Lakh. People of 71 years of age and above will also have the facility to carry anattendent up to 21 years of age. All trains will be air conditioned.
  • There should not be more than 25 persons in a single group.
  • The arrangement allows husband and wife to go on a pilgrimage together even though one of them is not qualified for the scheme but the other is, they are both eligible for the scheme.
